We have over 10 years of extensive knowledge and experience in owner’s representation of large projects, construction, and property management that will assist your association with managing various building related issues efficiently and cost effectively. We are able to handle all aspects of your association including, but not limited to, managing your utilities (phone, gas, electric, cable, water), construction projects, building insurance, security, claims, bylaws, janitorial and maintenance contracts, and any other vendors conducting services in your building.

We focus on servicing the individual needs of your association in order to obtain specific goals related to the property. Our philosophy in managing buildings is to make the accounting portion as automatic as possible so that the primary focus is on proactively managing your building. Email is predominantly used for all non-emergency correspondence related to managing your building. Our small staff enables us to keep our overhead costs to a minimum, but still provide the level of service that you deserve.
